1. Who We Are
Random Target AI is a technology company based in Trinidad and Tobago that builds custom AI voice assistants for businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
2. Information We Collect
When you interact with our products, we may collect:
- Booking information: Name, email address, and preferred date/time when you book a discovery call or appointment through ARIA Voice.
- Voice data: Audio is processed in real-time via Deepgram for speech-to-text conversion. We do not store raw audio recordings.
- Session memory: Conversation context is stored temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage for up to 30 minutes to maintain conversation continuity. This is cleared when you close the browser tab.
- Contact form submissions: Name, email, company, and message content when you contact us via our website form.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To send booking confirmations via email (through EmailJS)
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- To trigger automation workflows via n8n for CRM purposes
- To improve our AI assistant responses and system performance
4. Third-Party Services
Our products use the following third-party services to operate:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers AI conversation and reasoning. Requests are processed via our Cloudflare proxy worker.
- Deepgram: Handles real-time speech-to-text and text-to-speech conversion.
- Cloudflare Workers: Our edge proxy layer — no raw API keys are exposed to the browser.
- EmailJS: Used to send booking confirmation and contact form emails.
- n8n: Used for workflow automation triggered by bookings and calls.
5. Data Retention
We do not store customer conversation data on our own servers. Session memory lives only in the user's browser and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Booking records may be retained for up to 12 months for business records purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make such a request, email us at browselazy@gmail.com.
7. Security
All communications between your browser and our services are encrypted via HTTPS. API credentials are secured behind Cloudflare edge workers and are never exposed in client-side code.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our products evolve. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
