1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Random Target AI product or service, including ARIA Voice, ARIA Agent, or any associated website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Random Target AI provides custom AI voice assistant products and related services. Our products include ARIA Voice (a business-facing voice assistant) and ARIA Agent (a personal AI companion). Features and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of AI

Our services are powered by artificial intelligence. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You agree that:

• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for critical legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions without independent verification.
• Random Target AI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
• You will not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

4. Booking and Appointments

When you book an appointment through ARIA Voice, you provide your name, email, and preferred date and time. This information is used solely to send booking confirmations and arrange your appointment. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design systems, AI assistant configurations, and branding are the intellectual property of Random Target AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose our systems without explicit written permission.

6. Client Deployments

AI voice assistants deployed for client businesses (such as C.A.P.S. or SaJeTek) are operated under separate service agreements. End users interacting with client-deployed assistants are subject to the terms of that business as well.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription plans are billed monthly in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Random Target AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
